Before we spend to much time exploring tactics, it might be a good idea to explain why I believe tactics are important. I will begin by saying; from the time you first learn to walk and until the first time you walk to school you may recognize that even the act of crossing the street requires the use of tactics if you think about it. Children learn to look both ways before crossing the street at a very early age, and this tactic is not common sense, it's a learned behavior. Tactics must be learned, for example you may know that deer seem to be struck by vehicles in large volumes every year, and what you might realize is that it can take deer many years to learn how to cross a road.
I believe that tactics play a very significant role in our survival.
